Products and orders

Please review the selected model, colour, dimensions, materials, assembly information and intended use before ordering. Product photographs are illustrative; screen settings can affect how colours appear. We do not substitute a different model without your agreement. Follow the assembly and care instructions provided with your chair.

Orders are subject to available stock and payment approval. An order email confirms receipt of your order. If we cannot supply an item, or identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you promptly and offer the appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We will not increase an agreed price without your consent.

Prices and payment

Prices are stated in US dollars. The checkout shows the selected items, shipping and applicable taxes before you pay. Your card issuer may apply its own foreign-exchange or international transaction fees. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our shipping policy explains eligible destinations, estimated processing and delivery times, tracking and delayed orders. Our returns and cancellation policy explains change-of-mind exclusions and remedies for damage, defects, incorrect items or missing parts. Read these policies before ordering.
