Returns, cancellations and order help

Changes, cancellations and change of mind

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Cancellation may no longer be possible once warehouse processing has begun. We do not offer change-of-mind returns after dispatch. This does not limit cancellation, refund or other rights required by applicable law.

Damage, defects, an incorrect item or missing parts

Inspect your chair when it arrives and tell us promptly about any problem, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include photos or video of the item, packaging and affected parts where available. This requested reporting period does not limit your legal rights. We remain your point of contact and will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement parts, replacement or a refund.

Before returning anything

Contact us for instructions before shipping an item. Do not use the return address printed on the parcel without our confirmation. The return destination may be outside the United States, including China. We will explain whether a return is required, the destination and the shipping arrangements before it is sent. We will not impose return costs contrary to your applicable legal rights.

Refunds

We will initiate approved refunds to the original payment method promptly and within 7 business days, or sooner where applicable law requires. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. A refund legally owed to you does not depend on our supplier reimbursing us.

A written copy of this policy is available on request. Nothing in this policy excludes your statutory rights.

Caring for your rocking chair

Follow the care and assembly guide supplied with your exact model. Check whether cushions or covers can be removed or washed before cleaning. Keep the rocking base clear, check fittings as instructed and use the chair only in its stated environment. Our launch models are offered for indoor use.
