Shipping policy

Delivery within the United States

Our launch collection ships from supplier warehouses in the United States to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or PO boxes.

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping method and final order total. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery timing varies by model. Check your selected product page for its estimated delivery range before ordering. Current estimates are 3–8, 4–8, 4–10 or 6–10 days, depending on the chair, including supplier processing and carrier transit.

The supplier lists processing of 1–3 days for 80% of orders; some orders may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and can be affected by stock, the delivery address and carrier delays.

Chairs may arrive in separate parcels or deliveries.

Tracking and delays

We will email tracking details after dispatch. If we cannot ship within the advertised processing period, we will contact you by that deadline with an updated shipping date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. We will also help if tracking stops or a parcel does not arrive within its estimated delivery window. Any additional rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your address before paying. Contact us immediately if it needs correcting; changes may no longer be possible after warehouse processing begins. For delays, damage or missing deliveries, email nirwaizman@gmail.com with your order number. We remain your point of contact throughout the order.
